Patient Affairs Office

  • The office monitors and organizes the daily transactions of patients and clients inside the hospital.
  • And oversees the follow-up of cases of entry and exit of patients and facilitate administrative procedures, as well as follow-up patients after entry periodically within 24 hours to solve problems, and write reports to avoid recurring obstacles.
  • The department supervises the issuance of medical reports and sick leave, as the office is a link between the auditors and the various hospital departments in order to provide services faster and with high quality.
