A department that specializes in all financial procedures of the hospital, as it prepares and reviews the monthly salaries of all employees, and disburses other benefits to the hospital, as well as preparing and recording instruments in the mail sent to the bank, and the section also works on annual accounts, and reports to the hospital general manager.
