The Legal Affairs Department is affiliated with the Director General according to the Ministry of Health Decision No. 133 of 2019.The department is concerned with providing legal advice on decisions issued by the hospital administration and its departments, and participating in the membership of the permanent and temporary special committees and within these committees: Personnel Affairs Committee, Disciplinary Committee and Procurement Committee.

Department services:

• Reclassification of medical and auxiliary components.
• Preparing administrative contracts.
• Follow up on cases brought to the hospital.
• Follow up on cases filed by the hospital.
